Off-campus students living near South Campus have reported stolen money and wallets, according to an email sent out by the Department of Public Safety.

The students, who live in Remington Gardens, Clarendon Heights and Hidden Valley Apartments, reported being approached by unknown men while waiting for the bus or returning home from campus between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. The suspects asked the students for money and then proceeded to steal the money and wallets when the victims displayed them, according to the email.
